#2 Milk Ramyun
Ingredients: Korean ramyun, water, whole milk (NO skim milk), chili pepper flakes(gochugaru,고춧가루), green onion(optional)
- Boil some water in a pot and add the noodles in.
- When the noodles are cooked 90%, drain the water.
- Boil it again with 350 ml of milk.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of chili pepper flakes and some chopped green onions. (optional)
